Tap a basket or the hen house to make an ingredient. Drag two identical items onto each other to merge them into the next item, such as wheat into flour or flour into dough. Customers at the top want specific items; when you have them, tap Serve for coins and stars. Spend stars in the Bakery tab to restore the bakery and unlock the next part of the story.

Tap the item in the customer's order. The game tells you which basket or tin it comes from and what to merge to make it, and that generator glows for a moment. If you leave the table alone for a little while, the right generator will also glow softly as a hint.

• Energy refills by itself: 1 point every 2 minutes, up to a full bar of 100.
• Merging, serving and opening gift boxes cost no energy, so it's a good time to tidy the table and serve orders.
• From the energy button you can watch a short ad for +20 energy, buy +25 energy with coins (up to 3 times a day), or refill with gems.
• Grandma gives you one free refill the very first time you run out.

Tap Undo on the message that appears, within 5 seconds. The item goes back on the table and the coins are taken back. If you've already spent those coins, the sale can't be undone. The game also asks before you sell something a customer is waiting for, or any level 5 or higher bake.

Merge pairs to free space, serve orders, or sell items you don't need (tap an item, then Sell). New generators wait safely until a space opens, so you never lose one. You can also add an extra row to the table in the Shop.

Sometimes a merge makes a bonus copy in a bubble. You have 60 seconds to keep it with a few gems or by watching an ad. If you leave it, it simply floats away.

Season One has 12 chapters and 120 story moments, from the first sweep of the floor to Grandma's 80th birthday. Season Two, The Island Bakery, is in the works.

Open the Shop and tap Restore purchases. If it still hasn't arrived, email us with the date and the receipt or order number from Apple or Google, and we'll make it right.

• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Rosie's Bakery → Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Google Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Rosie's Bakery → Cancel.

You keep the Pass until the end of the month you've paid for. Deleting the game does not cancel the subscription.

No. Every chapter can be finished for free. Purchases only speed things up or add cosmetic extras like tablecloths.

Your game saves automatically on your phone. Purchases can always be restored from the Shop. To keep your bakery when you change phones, turn on cloud save in the game's settings before you switch.

Use Privacy choices in the game's settings. On iPhone you can also turn off tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Our Privacy Policy explains the details.
